Continuity of Care
We are a fully accredited Medical Practice and believe seeing a regular Doctor for continuity of care produces the best possible health outcomes.  So it is our practice to encourage patients to see the same Doctor whenever possible.  Of course there are times when it is necessary to see another Doctor in the clinic but your notes are available to whichever Doctor you are seeing. 

Test Results
Our policy is for each patient to make an appointment with their Doctor to receive their test results, this applies to blood tests, x-ray/ultrasound/CT results.

Immunizations
We offer a full range of routine immunisations by appointment please let the staff know if you need an immunisation so they can book you in with one of our nurses.

Prescriptions, Referrals and Sickness Certificates
Patients need to see the Doctor to obtain repeat prescriptions and referrals.  Sickness certificates will only be issued when the Doctor has been consulted in relation to that illness.  Certificates will not be back dated.
The Medical Health Act requires that a Doctors assessment should be made before a referral is made to a specialist.  Therefore no retrospective specialist referrals will be issued.
